Appearance on behalf of the Public Prosecutor
(2)
Where the Public Prosecutor has issued a written authorization under subsection (1), the provisions in any written law pertaining to the admission of advocates and solicitors and the right of advocates and solicitors to appear in all courts of justice in Malaysia shall not apply to the person named in such authorization.
(3)
The person named in the written authorization shall comply with any directions that may be issued by or on behalf of the
Public Prosecutor.
(4)
The power given to the Public Prosecutor to issue a written authorization under subsection (1) includes the power to revoke, cancel or suspend such written authorization.
