Section 44

Provisions in the Criminal Procedure Code when applicable

The provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code in relation to matters not covered by this Act shall apply in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, and in the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and the

Criminal Procedure Code the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
