Section 16
Power to establish companies
The Corporation may, from time to time, with the approval of the Minister and concurrence of the Minister of Finance, establish companies by such name as the Corporation may determine to carry

out and have the charge, conduct and management on behalf of the
Corporation of any project, scheme or enterprise determined by the
Corporation in the discharge of its functions and the exercise of its powers.
