Authorization to carry on activities after revocation
The Controller may, in writing, authorize a company whose licence has been revoked to carry on its activities for such duration as the Controller may specify in the authorization, but only for the purpose of winding up its affairs or for purposes which are beneficial to its purchasers or other persons dealing with it.
