Section 17

Any person who calls at any premises for the purpose of negotiating door-to-door sales shall immediately indicate the purpose of his visit before entering the premises and shall leave the premises at the request of the occupier of the premises or any person acting with the actual or implied authority of the occupier.

Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence.
