Section 20
(a)
the name and licence number of such person;
(b)
the address of such person, which address shall not be a postal box number;
(c)
the telephone number of such person;
(d)
a detailed description of the goods offered or services to be provided;
(e)
the places and times where a sample of the goods may be inspected;
(f)
the prices of the goods or services;
(g)
the cost of delivery, if any, and the manner of delivery, of the goods; and
(h)
the time when the goods or services could be expected to be delivered or performed.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
