(a)
a detailed description of the goods or services to be supplied or, if the contract provides for the carrying out of work of a specified nature, detailed particulars of such work;

(b)
the contractual terms of the contract including the total consideration to be paid or provided by the purchaser, or if the total consideration is not ascertainable at the time the contract is made, the manner in which it is to be calculated;
(c)
the time, place and method for payment to be made;
(d)
the time and place for delivery of goods or for the performance of services; and
(e)
notices in such form as may be prescribed informing the purchaser of his right to rescind the contract before the expiry of the cooling-off period.
(2)
Failure to comply with subsection (1) shall render the contract void.
