Section 37

of DIRECT SALES AND ANTI-PYRAMID SCHEME ACT 1993

Section 37

(a)

any provision purporting to exclude, restrict, or modify any right conferred on a purchaser by this Act; or

(b)

any provision of a kind prohibited by the regulations.

(2)

Where a contract to which this Act applies contains a provision contrary to subsection (1), the provision is void and the vendor and any person authorized by him to enter into such a contract are each guilty of an offence.
