Section 6

The Controller may, in granting a licence under subsection (1), require the applicant to pay such amount of fees as may be prescribed.

For the purpose of subsection (2), different fees may be prescribed in respect of different classes, categories or descriptions of applicants.

Any licensee who fails to comply with any conditions of the licence imposed by the Controller under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
