The proviso to paragraph 39(1)(l) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of subparagraph
(iv)
; and
(b)
by inserting after subparagraph (v) the following subparagraph:
“(vi) the provision of promotional gifts within Malaysia consisting of articles incorporating a conspicuous advertisement or logo of the business; or”.
