In the following cases, namely:
(a)
where any person who has received a grant of letters of administration neglects within three months of the date of the grant to furnish such security as he is lawfully required to furnish; or
(b)
where an administrator has failed to extract the grant of letters of administration within a reasonable time after an order has been made for a grant to issue,

Public Trust Corporation the Corporation may apply to the Court to set aside the order for the grant and to grant letters of administration of the estate to itself.
Corporation may take possession of property
