(2)
A parolee shall be under the custody and supervision of a parole officer throughout the parole period.
(3)
Whenever a warrant or an order requiring for the production of a parolee is issued by a court, or whenever an order is issued by the
Commissioner General, requiring the presence of the parolee at any place outside his parole district, for any reasonable grounds, to the satisfaction of the Commissioner General, it shall be the duty of a parole officer to cause the parolee named in the warrant or order to be brought up as directed and to provide for his safe custody.
(4)
A parole officer shall cause to be maintained a register relating to the parolees in his parole district containing such details and in such form as the Minister may determine.

(5)
Subject to any express provision to the contrary, a parole officer while acting as such shall have by virtue of his office all the powers, authority, protection and privileges of a police officer.
