Section 48

(2)

A prisoner taking up employment under a scheme referred to in subsection (1)—

(a)

may, despite an order made by a court for the committal of the prisoner, be taken daily beyond the limits of the prison to perform work; and

(b)

shall, at all times be deemed to be in prison and subject to all the same incidents as if he were actually in prison.
