Section 35

of *TOWN PLANNERS ACT 1995

Section 35

The registration of a registered Town Planner or registered

Graduate Town Planner shall be null and void under any of the following circumstances:

(a)

if there has been proved against him, or he has been convicted on, a charge in respect of—

(i)

an offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude;

(ii)

an offence under a law relating to corruption;

(iii)

an offence under this Act; or

(iv)

any other offence punishable with imprisonment for more than two years;

(b)

if his qualification under section 15 has been withdrawn or cancelled by the authority through which it was acquired or by which it was awarded;

(c)

if he has been found or declared to be of unsound mind or has otherwise become incapable of performing his professional duty; or

(d)

if he becomes a bankrupt.
