Prosecution
(2)
Prosecution before the Syariah Subordinate Court may be conducted by—
Syariah Criminal Procedure (Federal Territories) 99
(a)
the Chief Syariah Prosecutor or a Syariah Prosecutor;
(b)
a Religious Enforcement Officer authorized in writing by the Chief Syariah Prosecutor to act on his behalf; or
(c)
a complainant as permitted by the Court.
