Section 214
Refusing oath when duly required to take oath by a religious officer
Whoever refuses to bind himself by an oath to state the truth when required so to bind himself by a religious officer legally competent to require that he shall so bind himself shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
