When any person is released on bail, he shall give to the Court or officer taking such bail an address at which service upon him of all notices and process may be made, and in any case where such person cannot be found, or for other reasons such service on him cannot be

effected, any notice or process left for such person at such address shall be deemed to have been duly served upon him.
