Section 37
Procedure on arrest of person against whom warrant is issued
(2)
The Judge shall, if the person arrested appears to be the person intended by the Court which issued the warrant, direct his removal in custody to the Court named in the warrant.
(3)
Notwithstanding subsection (2), if the offence is bailable and the person arrested is ready and willing to give bail to the satisfaction of the Court before which he is brought, or a direction has been indorsed under section 33 on the warrant and such person is ready and willing to give the security required by such direction, the Judge shall take such bond or security, as the case may be, and forward the bond to the Court named in the warrant.
(4)
Nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent a Religious
Enforcement Officer or police officer from taking security under section 33.
