Section 6
Exclusion of public in certain cases
A Judge hearing any matter or proceedings may on special grounds of public policy or expediency in his discretion exclude the public at any stage of the hearing from the Court but he shall record in every such case at the time on the record of the proceedings the grounds upon which such order is made.
