Submission of new voluntary industry code by an industry forum
(2)
The submission of the new code shall be subject to the provisions of this Chapter.
(3)
If an industry forum submits a new voluntary industry code to the Commission which deals with the same matter as an existing registered code, the existing registered code is taken to be invalid to the extent of any conflict with the new code at the time that the new code is registered under section 95.
