(2)
The Commission shall, upon such written request, provide a copy of a statement of reasons for the decision and any relevant information taken into account in making the decision within a period of not more than thirty days from the date of receipt of the request by the Commission.
(3)
The Commission is not required to publish, or to disclose to a person to whose affairs it relates, a statement of reasons or a part of a statement of reasons if the publication or disclosure would—
(a)
disclose a matter of a confidential character;
(b)
be likely to prejudice the fair trial of a person; or
(c)
involve the unreasonable disclosure of personal information about any individual (including a deceased person).
(4)
In this Chapter, “decision” includes any action, order, report or delegated authority.
