Section 253

A person who assaults, impedes, obstructs or interferes with, or refuses access to any premises to, an authorized officer in the performance of his duties under this Act or its subsidiary legislation commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
