(2)
A class licence granted under subsection (1) may include the relevant standard conditions as set out in the Schedule and/or such other standard conditions as may be declared by the Minister from time to time.
(3)
The Minister shall give a copy of all class licences to the
Commission as soon as practicable and the Commission shall register them.
