Section 64
(a)
shall give a direction as to the persons who may be present at the inquiry or part of the inquiry; and
(b)
may give a direction restricting the disclosure of evidence or other material presented at the inquiry or part of the inquiry.
(2)
Notwithstanding section 53, a person who without reasonable excuse fails to comply with a direction given under subsection
(1)
commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
