(2)

Any body corporate which is convicted of an offence under this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit, and for a second or subsequent offence to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand ringgit.

(3)

Any person who or body corporate which is convicted of an offence under this Act shall, in the case of a continuing offence, in addition to any fine provided under this Act, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for each day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
