(a)

for the recovery of land, or any estate or interest in land;

(b)

in which the title to any land, or any estate or interest in land, or any franchise, is in question;

(c)

in which there is a dispute concerning—

(i)

the entitlement of any person under a will or settlement, or on any intestacy (including a partial intestacy);

(ii)

good will;

(iii)

any chose in action; or

(iv)

any trade secret or other intellectual property;

(ca) which may be lodged by a consumer relating to aviation service as defined in the Malaysian Aviation Commission

Act 2015 [Act 771];

(d)

where any tribunal has been established by any other written law to hear and determine claims on the matter which is the subject matter of such claim.

(2)

The jurisdiction of the Tribunal shall be limited to a claim that is based on a cause of action which accrues within three years of the claim.

(3)

Nothing in this section shall be deemed to authorize the

Tribunal to deal with a claim arising from personal injury or death.

(4)

For the purposes of subsection (1), “land” does not include fixtures.
