Transfer of licence
(2)
A licensee who transfers his licence to another person without the approval of the Controller commits an offence.
(3)
The Controller may approve the transfer of the licence if—
(a)
the licensee dies or becomes incapacitated or a bankrupt;
(b)
in the case of a company, the licensee is wound up or a receiver or manager is appointed in respect of the business of the licensee; or
(c)
for any reason the Controller is satisfied it would be unjust not to transfer the licence.
(4)
An application for the transfer of a licence shall be made in writing to the Controller.
