(2)
The Controller may, before revoking, amending or revising a code of conduct, consult with such body representing the persons to whom the code of conduct applies and other interested persons as he thinks fit.
(3)
The provisions of the code of conduct revoked, amended or revised by the Controller under subsection (1) shall be published in the Gazette.
