General penalty
(2)
Any body corporate which commits an offence under this
Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand ringgit, and for a second or subsequent offence it shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit.
(3)
Where a person being a director, manager, secretary or other similar officer of a body corporate is guilty of an offence under this Act by virtue of section 30, and no penalty is expressly provided for such offence, he shall be liable to the penalty provided for in subsection (1).
