Section 70
If a child is sent to an approved school, the Court For
Children making the order shall, at the same time, make an order that after the expiration of the period of his detention he shall, for a period of one year, be under the supervision of—
(a)
a probation officer; or
(b)
such other person as the Child Welfare Team may appoint.
Escape from approved school, etc., or failure to return to approved school after expiry of leave, etc.
