of INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CORPORATION OF MALAYSIA ACT 2002

Section 27

Public servants

All members of the Corporation and its committees and all employees and agents of Corporation while discharging their duties as such members, employees or agents shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code
