Section 115

The Bank shall include in its annual accounts and annual report made under subsection 48(1) of the *Central Bank of Malaysia

Act 1958 an annual report on the working of this Act during the preceding calendar year before the end of April each year and the report shall include a summary of documents lodged with it.
