Section 127

Nothing contained in this Act shall in any manner affect or derogate from, Division 2, Part XIV of the Financial Services Act 2013

or Division 2, Part XV of the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013, and in the application of any provision of this Act to any person, the provision shall apply subject to the provisions in those Divisions and, accordingly, in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provision of this Act and those Divisions, the provisions in those

Divisions shall prevail.
