Section 75 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (1)—
(a)
by substituting for the word “Responsibility” the words
“Notwithstanding anything to the contrary to this Act or any other written law, the responsibility”; and
(b)
by inserting after the words “for the purposes of this Act”
the words “including the payment of tax”.
