Regulations
The Minister may make such regulations as may be expedient or necessary for the carrying out of the provisions of this Act, including regulations prescribing—
(a)
the manner for submitting films and film-publicity materials to the Board for the purpose of censorship;
(b)
fees for any matter under this Act;
(c)
the classification of films;
(d)
the procedure in relation to the disposal of unclaimed films;
(e)
offences which may be compounded.
