Section 50

of FILM CENSORSHIP ACT 2002

Section 50

No legal proceeding, prosecution or other form of litigation may be instituted or maintained against—

(a)

any member of the Board;

(b)

any member of the Appeal Committee;

(c)

the Secretary or any Assistant Secretary;

(d)

any Enforcement Officer; or

(e)

any person employed in the office of the Board or the office of Appeal Committee, in his personal capacity in respect of any bona fide act, decision or statement done or made for the purpose of or incidental to the implementation or proposed implementation of the provisions of this Act or regulations made under this Act.
