Prevention of anomalies
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), if any difficulty arises with respect to the application of any one or more of the provisions of this Act, the Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, make such modification in any one or more of those provisions as may appear to the Minister necessary for preventing anomalies.
(2)
The Minister shall not exercise the power conferred in subsection (1) after the expiration of four years from the date of the commencement of this Act.
