Section 59

of PROTECTION OF NEW PLANT VARIETIES ACT 2004

Section 59

Protection of officers

No action shall be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against—

(a)

any member of the Appeal Board;

(b)

any member of the Board;

(c)

any authorized officer; and

(d)

any Examiner, for any act or omission done in good faith in the performance of their functions and the exercise of their powers under this Act.
