Section 84
Presumption
In any proceeding for an offence under this Act when it has been proved that any application, information, particular, return, account, record, document or statement, whether written or not, is—
(a)
false or incorrect in whole or in part; or
(b)
misleading in any material particular, it shall be presumed until the contrary is proved that such application, information, particular, return, account, record, document or statement is false or incorrect in whole or in part or misleading in any material particular, as the case may be, to the knowledge of the person signing, delivering or supplying it.
