Section 86

No member of the Board or of any committee, and no officer, servant or agent of the Corporation, shall incur any personal liability for any loss or damage caused by any act or omission in carrying out his powers or duties under this Act unless such loss or damage is occasioned by an intentionally wrongful act or omission on his part.
