Section 88
Protection against suit and legal proceedings
No action shall lie or prosecution shall be brought, instituted or maintained against the Government, Minister, Chief Executive or against any officer of the Government or any person acting under the direction of the Minister or the Chief Executive in any court for any thing done or omitted to be done under this Act—
(a)
in good faith;
(b)
in the reasonable belief that it was necessary for the purpose intended to be served by such thing; or
(c)
for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
