The Chairman, all members of the Board and of any committee, and the officers, servants and agents of the Corporation, while discharging their duties as the Chairman or such members, officers, servants or agents shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980 90.

The Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980 [Act 240] shall apply to the Corporation.
