Malaysia’s obligations under the Convention, including—

Subject to this Act and any rules made under section 17, each of such committees may regulate its own procedure.
(3)
Members of such committees may be paid such allowances and other expenses in connection with the work of the committees as the
Minister may from time to time determine with the concurrence of the
Minister of Finance.
