Revocation of authorization
The Minister may revoke an authorization given under section 102 if the management entity—
(a)
has contravened the provisions of any terms, conditions, restrictions or limitations as specified in the authorization;
or
(b)
has been convicted of an offence under this Act or of a criminal offence in Malaysia or in any other country or jurisdiction.
