Section 114

Every person who carries on business in Langkawi under any name or title which incorporates the word or words

“Berhad”, “Corporation”, “Incorporated”, “Limited”, “Societe

Anonyme”, “Sociedad Anonima”, “Aktiengesellschaft”, “Naamloze

Vennootschap”, “Perseroan Terbatas” or any other word or words in the national language of any country which connotes a joint stock company limited by shares, or any abbreviation of those words shall, unless it is a Langkawi company, foreign Langkawi company duly incorporated or registered under this Act, domestic company or incorporated body, be guilty of an offence against this Act.
