Section 36

Public Authorities Protection Act 1948

The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against the

Akademi or against the Board or any member of the Board, or against the Rector, or against any officer, member of the staff or agent of the Akademi in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by it or by him, as the case may be, in such capacity.
