Section 45

Transfer of powers, rights, duties, etc.

Subject to the provisions of this Act, all powers, rights, privileges, duties, liabilities or obligations which immediately before the appointed date were those of the Akademi Seni Kebangsaan, shall, as from that date, devolve on the Akademi established by this Act.
