Section 47

Subject to the provisions of this Act, and to any direction of the Minister, all deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting immediately before the appointed date and affecting any of the property transferred under section 46 shall have full force and effect against or in favour of the Akademi established by this Act and shall be enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the Akademi Seni Kebangsaan or Government of

Malaysia in respect of the Akademi Seni Kebangsaan, the Akademi established by this Act had been named therein or had been a party thereto.
