Section 49

All moneys standing in, belonging or due to be paid to, the fund of the Akademi Seni Kebangsaan or the Government of Malaysia in respect of the Akademi Seni Kebangsaan, shall on the appointed date be vested in the Akademi established by this Act, be transferred to and be deemed to be part of the Fund established under section 27 of this Act.
