Section 22

Commission to act as the Chief Executive Officer for the period when—

The Commission may from time to time appoint and employ such number of employees as the Commission thinks desirable and necessary and upon such terms as it considers appropriate for carrying out the purposes of the water supply and sewerage services laws.
